Main attractions in Chili

This beautiful country is located in South America. It is a thin and long country. It starts with Atacama Desert (Driest desert in the world) and end in the great icebergs of Antarctica. The area of the country is 756626 sq km. the population of the country is almost 17 million. It is a home to world’s famous Chilean wine. This marvelous country is covered with huge mountains and amazing national parks offering great pleasure. Wonderful beaches are there due to its never ending coast all the way. You can see Emus, Chinchillas, Llamas, Penguins, Dolphins in the North and Seals in the central coast
during your visit.

Easter Island.
It is one of the most isolated places in the world because it is 2000 miles away from the nearest population area. This Island almost is 14 miles long and 7 miles wide. It is generally known for its huge statues called Moai. It has been said that these statues were carved around 1000 AD. Admiral Roggeveen named this Easter Island when he arrived there on Easter day on 1722. It is one of the unique places you have ever visited. It is a truly amazing area including lava formation structures, beautiful lakes and excellent sites for the visitors. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its historical importance.
Vina del Mar.
It has been regarded as the capital of Chili Tourism. It is an amazingly beautiful coastal town located in Valparaiso region. The population of the town is around 286931. It is well known for its stunning beaches including Ranaca, Las Salinas, Acapusco, Kos Marineros and Miramar. The main attractions are the gambling casino and musical festivals. The area between hills and the see has great attraction for the tourists promising endless recreation and fun.

Puerto Montt.

This city was a place covered by a great forest called Melipulli. It was founded on February 12, 1853 with the arrival of German immigrants. Soon it became the heart of the colonized area. It has a port and transportation facilities. Puerto Montt has many attractions for the visitors full of fun and pleasure. The Cathedral Church in its great classical style is the oldest building of the city. It was destroyed in 1960 earthquake and rebuilt in 1963. It offers the visitors a splendid view of the volcanoes and the bay. The Casa del Arte Diego Rivera is very famous for its art work. Museo Juan Pablo11 represents the natural history of Chile. The Jesuits Camp is a declared National Monument. The shopping markets in the district of Angelmo provide unforgettable experience.
Santiago.
This stunning fertile valley is located between the Andes and the Coast. It is the busiest and crowed city of the country. The beaches of Santiago are a paradise for sunlovers and have great conditions for surf, swimming and many other activities. There are many famous beaches including Blacks Beach, La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach and Windansea Beach. Mission Bay Park covers more than 4000 acres and is the largest aquatic park offer a wide range of joyful activities. Mission Trails Regional Park is famous for camping and hiking.
